Under the leadership of the head of the production department, the new employees visited Dailis’ modern production workshop, assembly line and quality inspection center in turn. Through on-site explanations, everyone learned in detail about the complete process of the floor scrubber from raw material processing to finished product assembly, and expressed admiration for the company’s strict quality control system and high-standard production process.
 
After the visit, senior lecturers from the company’s technical department and marketing department conducted systematic product knowledge training for new employees. The course covers the core technology, product advantages, applicable scenarios and market competitiveness analysis of Dailis’ full range of floor scrubbers, and combines practical demonstrations to allow new employees to quickly grasp the key points of the products.
 
During the training, new employees actively asked questions and interacted with the instructors, and the atmosphere was warm. Everyone said that this training not only improved their professional knowledge, but also strengthened their confidence in the company’s products.
