Last week, a Canadian customer visited DAILIS’s modern factory to learn more about the development process of our electric industrial floor scrubbers and sweepers, witnessing the transformation of a raw piece of steel into a rugged, durable, industrial-grade cleaning tool.
The head of the Production Department led the Canadian customers on a tour of our chassis sheet metal fabrication, rotational molded radiator tank production, and core component assembly processes. These included:
1. Raw Material Procurement: When purchasing carbon steel plates, we conduct rigorous quality control throughout the entire process, including component testing, mechanical property testing, and surface quality inspection, to ensure that each batch of material fully meets standards and application requirements.
2. Laser Cutting: We precisely cut the entire carbon steel plate according to the drawings provided by the Design Department, ensuring smooth, burr-free cuts.
3. Billet Bending: We cold-bend the steel billets using a press brake.
4. Billet Riveting: We use riveting to securely attach standard components such as nuts and studs to the billets, facilitating quick and convenient assembly in subsequent steps.
5. Steel Block Welding: After precise spot welding, experienced welders use a full-weld (continuous) process to weld all structural components and accessories. Compared to spot welding, full-weld welding offers greater structural strength and load-bearing capacity, and the welds are uniform and full, ensuring the chassis will never deform or crack under extreme operating conditions.
6. Polishing: Each weld undergoes professional polishing to eliminate slag and protrusions, ensuring a smooth and even chassis.
7. Electrophoresis: DAILIS utilizes an automotive-grade electrophoretic coating process. The entire chassis is immersed in an electrophoretic bath. Through an electrochemical reaction, the epoxy primer adheres evenly to every cut surface, internal cavity, and deep within the weld seam, forming a dense protective layer with corrosion and rust resistance far exceeding that of ordinary spray paint. This is designed to withstand the harsh environment of floor scrubbers, which are constantly exposed to water and acidic and alkaline cleaning agents, and facilitates long-term storage.
8. Roto-molded water tank manufacturing: The water tank is seamlessly and leak-proof, impact-resistant, and corrosion-resistant, eliminating the risk of leaks at the source.
9. Wiring Harness Processing: All wiring harnesses utilize waterproof connectors, are neatly routed and standardized, and feature protective conduits to ensure the absolute safety of the circuit system in humid environments.
10. Component Assembly: Well-trained engineers precisely install core modules, including imported motors, electronic control systems, battery packs, and roller brushes, onto the chassis. Each assembly step is subject to stringent process requirements and quality inspections.
11. Finished Product Testing: Every DAILIS floor scrubber that rolls off the production line undergoes several hours of comprehensive performance testing. These tests include testing the fresh water tank for leaks, vacuum levels in the water suction system, driving functionality, and anti-collision devices, ensuring that each unit meets factory-proven reliability standards.
