
1. WARRANTY PERIOD
– Whole unit: 12 months from delivery date
– Core motor (brush/suction motor): 24 months from delivery date
– Consumables (brush roll, filter, sealing ring): NOT covered
2. COVERAGE & EXCLUSIONS
Covered: Defects in materials or workmanship causing functional failure.
NOT covered: Abuse, unauthorized repair, normal wear & tear, consumables, force majeure, improper packaging, or use outside specifications.
3. WARRANTY SERVICE
– Remote support: Free (email/WhatsApp, reply within 24 hours)
– Replacement parts: Free for confirmed quality issues (shipping by Seller)
– Local repair labor: Buyer’s cost (During the warranty period, for non-human-caused damage, the seller can send the relevant parts free of charge.)
– Remote training/guidance: Free
4. REPLACEMENT POLICY
Unit-for-unit replacement within 30 days of receipt for non-human-caused failure. Seller ships replacement first (deposit required). Buyer returns faulty unit within 15 days.
5. SPARE PARTS
Guaranteed supply for 5 years after product discontinuation. Price: cost + 15%.
6. CLAIM PROCEDURE
Buyer provides photos/videos + SN code → Seller diagnoses within 2 working days → Replacement/repair arranged if quality issue.
7. DISCLAIMER
No implied warranty of merchantability or fitness. Seller not liable for indirect losses (profit loss, business interruption, etc.).
