Following the successful conclusion of the 2026 Shanghai CCE International Cleaning Technology and Equipment ExpoDailis quickly transformed “exhibition traffic” into tangible cooperation results. From April 7th to 8th, at Dailis’ invitation, a group of professional cleaning equipment buyers from Portugal arrived at the company’s production base in Dingyuan County, Chuzhou City, for a two-day in-depth factory visit and business negotiations. This trip was not only a firsthand inspection but also an in-depth dialogue on “intelligent manufacturing.”

To help the guests recover from their long journey, the Dailis foreign trade team made thorough preparations. On the afternoon of April 7th, upon the Portuguese clients’ arrival in Chuzhou, the company arranged dedicated transportation and a welcome dinner.

During the reception, the sales team’s fluent English explanations, detailed company brochures, and Chinese-style gifts showcased Dailis’ warmth and professionalism. At a brief welcome reception, the company representative conveyed apologies for not fully answering questions during the CCE exhibition and promised that this factory inspection would be fully open, allowing the client to witness the hard power behind “Made in China.”

On the morning of April 8th, the Portuguese client, accompanied by the head of the production department, donned safety helmets and entered the core production area. The first stop was the sheet metal manufacturing workshop. Here, machines roared as the client observed laser cutting, CNC stamping, and professional welding.

“We insist on using high-strength carbon steel plates for every machine body, ensuring durability from the source.” After hearing the translation, the client nodded frequently and personally touched the newly produced machine frame, expressing high approval for welding point flatness and precision.

Subsequently, the delegation visited the rotomolded water tank production workshop. As a core component of the floor scrubber, water tank durability and sealing are crucial. The Portuguese client showed great interest, observing the complete rotomolding process from material feeding and rotational molding to cooling and demolding. The production manager explained, “Compared to traditional injection molding, our rotomolding process ensures uniform tank wall thickness, seamless construction, zero leakage, and allows easy adjustment of complex hydrodynamic structures.” The customer picked up a freshly demolded semi-finished product to inspect the pre-embedded screws, praising the exquisite craftsmanship.

If components determine the lower limit of a product, then assembly and testing determine its upper limit. In the 3,000-square-meter floor scrubber assembly workshop, the customer witnessed how a floor scrubber is born.

At the end of the assembly line lies Dailis’s proud “full inspection area.” Here, every floor scrubber undergoes rigorous ground simulation tests: squeegee fit, brush pressure, noise level, and sealing tests. The quality control manager demonstrated several safety tests for EU-bound models, including withstand voltage tests, leakage current tests, and grounding continuity tests, ensuring full compliance with CE and latest international safety standards.

“That’s why we chose you at the exhibition.” The Portuguese customer gave a thumbs-up after witnessing the machine run continuously for 48 hours without failure on the aging test line. He stated that the European market has extremely high requirements for cleaning effectiveness and durability, and Dailis’s end-to-end control from raw materials to finished products gave him great confidence in promoting products in Europe.

After the factory visit, both parties returned for a debriefing. The Portuguese customer highly praised the factory’s 6S management standards, employee professionalism, and self-manufacturing capabilities in rotomolding and sheet metal work. On-site, both parties finalized technical parameters for the first batch of prototype orders and signed an annual purchase intention memorandum.

This successful reception marked a solid step forward for Dailis in expanding into the Southern European market. In the future, Dailis will continue its philosophy of “crafting excellent machines with ingenuity,” leveraging the global perspective of the CCE exhibition to offer international customers high-quality, cost-effective cleaning solutions.
