Aus Shanghai Zu Chuzhou, from the exhibition booth to the workshop—following the conclusion of the 2026 Shanghai CCE International Cleaning Technology & Equipment Expo, Dailis Cleaning welcomed a group of distinguished guests from the Southern Hemisphere: a delegation of professional cleaning equipment buyers from New Zealand. From April 9 to 10, the clients flew specifically to Hefei to conduct a two-day, in-depth factory inspection and engage in business negotiations.
Mindful of the New Zealand clients’ arduous journey—spanning over ten hours of air travel—Dailys‘s foreign trade team had meticulously prepared a comprehensive airport reception plan in advance. On the afternoon of April 9, upon the clients’ arrival at Hefei Xinqiao International Airport, the company arranged for a dedicated representative to present them with fresh flowers and custom-designed welcome gift packages, before escorting them to the factory in Chuzhou.
During the transfer, the Sales Manager conversed fluently in English, introducing the clients to the urban development of Anhui Province and providing an overview of Dailys as an enterprise; thoughtful amenities, such as hot towels, bottled water, and local specialty snacks, were also provided. Upon arrival at the hotel, during a casual welcome dinner, both parties meticulously reviewed and confirmed the itinerary for the following day’s factory inspection. The clients remarked: “From our initial discussions at the CCE Expo to this warm reception upon our arrival, the professionalism and hospitality demonstrated by Dailys have filled us with great anticipation for this factory inspection.”
On the morning of April 10, accompanied by Dailys‘s Head of Production and the foreign trade team, the New Zealand clients formally commenced their tour of the production facility. The central focus of this inspection was the DLS-XS65 walk-behind floor scrubber—the very machine in which the clients had expressed such keen interest during the CCE Expo.
Their first stop was Dailys‘s sheet metal fabrication workshop, allowing the inspection to begin right at the source of production:
Within the sheet metal workshop, the clients witnessed firsthand the birth of the XS65‘s structural chassis. High-precision laser cutting, CNC bending, and manual welding—each stage of the manufacturing process unfolded with impeccable order and efficiency. The Head of Production explained: “The entire chassis of the XS65 is constructed from thickened, high-strength carbon steel plates, ensuring—right from the source—the machine’s exceptional durability even under the most demanding operating conditions.”
The clients meticulously examined the flatness and consistency of the weld points, and utilized a portable thickness gauge they had brought with them to conduct spot checks on the steel plates’ thickness; in every instance, the measurements exceeded the established standard values. He stated on the spot: “The use of robust, high-quality materials is the primary threshold we set when selecting our suppliers.”
The second stop was Dailys‘s rotational molding workshop for water tanks:
As a core component of a floor scrubber, the durability and leak-proof integrity of the water tank directly determine the overall quality of the machine. In the rotational molding workshop, the client observed the entire manufacturing process for the 67-liter dirty water tank and the 62-liter clean water tank—components specifically designed for the XS65 model.
From material loading and rotational molding to cooling and demolding, the client frequently paused to admire the inherent advantages of the rotational molding process: seamless construction, uniform wall thickness, and a guarantee against leaks. A technician explained: “Compared to injection-molded tanks, rotationally molded tanks offer superior resistance to impact and corrosion, making them particularly well-suited for long-distance maritime transport and operation in various harsh working environments.” The client even personally picked up a semi-finished tank that had just been demolded, carefully inspecting the sealing structures of the water inlet and drain outlet, and expressed high praise for the level of craftsmanship.
The third stop was Dailys‘s final assembly line:
Within the final assembly workshop—spanning a total area of over 3,000 square meters—the assembly process for the XS65 unfolded with a blend of complexity and fluidity. From chassis installation, motor assembly, and water tank mounting to wiring connections and control panel calibration, every single step is assigned to a dedicated specialist and is guided by standardized operational instructions.
The client paid particular attention to the XS65‘s core power system: a 24V/100Ah lead-acid battery. Upon learning that this battery supports 2 to 4 hours of continuous operation and features fast-charging capabilities, the client remarked that this feature aligns perfectly with typical usage patterns in New Zealand.
The fourth and final stop of the factory inspection tour was Dailys‘s finished product testing center:
Here, every XS65 unit rolling off the assembly line must undergo a rigorous, comprehensive series of tests:
-
Water Absorption Test: Verifying the suction efficiency of the 830mm squeegee assembly.
-
Brush Disc Pressure Test: Ensuring effective cleaning performance across various floor surfaces using the 550W brush disc motor.
-
Electrical Safety Test: Including dielectric strength (voltage withstand), insulation resistance, and monitoring for battery degradation and motor temperature rise—all to ensure full compliance with CE standards.
The head of the production department selected a newly completed XS65 unit on the spot and conducted a 30-minute continuous operation demonstration. The client witnessed firsthand as the machine effortlessly cleaned and vacuumed a floor heavily stained with water and oil; seeing the surface restored to a dry, pristine state, they immediately gave it a thumbs-up on the spot.
Beyond the factory inspection itself, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions regarding the specific requirements of the New Zealand market.
-
Situated in the South Pacific, New Zealand features a mild, rainy climate. Furthermore, with certain regions located near the coast, the air carries a high salt content—a factor that imposes stringent demands on the rust-resistance capabilities of cleaning equipment. Concurrently, New Zealand presents a diverse array of cleaning environments—including numerous supermarkets, shopping malls, airports, schools, and livestock processing facilities—featuring a wide variety of flooring materials ranging from ceramic tiles and epoxy coatings to rough concrete surfaces.
-
The client specifically noted: “Many shopping malls and food processing plants in New Zealand place extremely high demands on floor drying speeds. The XS65‘s ultra-wide 830mm squeegee and powerful vacuum system effectively mitigate the risk of slips and falls caused by residual water on the floor. Moreover, the long runtime and maintenance-free nature of its lead-acid batteries align perfectly with local priorities regarding both environmental sustainability and low operational costs.”
Following the factory inspection, both parties returned to the conference room to summarize their findings. The New Zealand client expressed high praise for Dailys‘s manufacturing processes, quality control systems, staff professionalism, and in-house capabilities for both rotational molding and sheet metal fabrication.
“At the CCE-Ausstellung, Die XS65‘s design aesthetics and pricing initially caught my eye; today, having witnessed its manufacturing process firsthand, I feel completely reassured,” the client remarked during the summary meeting.
On-site, the two parties signed an order for an initial batch of XS65 prototype units and reached a preliminary agreement regarding an annual procurement framework. In the near future, these DLS-XS65 floor scrubbers—equipped with 24V/100Ah lead-acid batteries and ultra-large 62/67L water tanks—will traverse the ocean to serve a wide range of commercial and industrial cleaning environments across New Zealand.
The successful visit and factory inspection by the New Zealand client mark a significant milestone in Dailys‘s strategic efforts to deepen its presence in the Ozeanien market throughout 2026. Leveraging the international platform provided by the CCE Shanghai exhibition, Dailys continues to earn the trust of an ever-growing number of overseas clients through its open approach and uncompromising product quality. A Dailys representative stated: “Whether facing the humid, rainy conditions of the Southern Hemisphere or the rigorous standards of Europe, we remain steadfast in our commitment to crafting exceptional machinery with true artisanal dedication. Moving forward, we will continue to prioritize customer needs and ceaselessly refine our products, enabling ‘Anhui-Made‘ cleaning equipment to reach the global stage.”
