This week, Dailis welcomed distinguished guests from afar—a Malaysian customer and Intertek’s engineer. The visit was to conduct final pre-shipment inspection of their order of 80 XS50 and 120 XS65 series walk-behind floor scrubbers. The Dailis team, with meticulous planning and professional service, ensured the successful completion of this inspection and loading supervision mission, providing a solid foundation for the smooth delivery of the order.
Early Wednesday morning, the Dailis foreign trade team drove to Dingyuan High-Speed Railway Station to greet the exhausted Malaysian customer and Intertek loading supervision team. The efficient pick-up service alleviated the customer’s travel fatigue, demonstrated Dailis’ meticulous hospitality and efficient, pragmatic approach to cooperation, and set a good foundation for subsequent work.
The inspection process officially began that morning at our quality inspection center. This acceptance inspection strictly followed standard procedures. The customer randomly selected two XS50 and two XS65 floor scrubbers for unpacking inspection. Under the customer’s personal supervision, personnel from both parties jointly inspected the following:
Appearance and Finish: Inspected the body for scratches and dents, and ensured uniformity of the paint finish.
Core Configuration: Verified the models and specifications of core components such as the motor, battery, and water tank.
Performance Testing: The units were powered on and tested for key indicators such as cleaning performance, water absorption, brush speed, and noise level.
Accessory Check: Carefully checked the included accessories and manuals against the checklist.
The entire inspection process was open and transparent. The excellent performance and stable performance of the inspected products were highly recognized by both the customer and Intertek’s engineer, who also praised the consistent high quality of our products.
At noon, the production department manager hosted a luncheon to warmly welcome the customer. Enjoying a harmonious lunch, both parties discussed not only the current order but also strategic topics such as future market development in Malaysia and new product development, further solidifying a mutually trusting and mutually beneficial partnership. After lunch, the customer immediately began their intense loading supervision. In the finished goods warehouse and loading platform, they oversaw the entire loading process, ensuring that each piece of equipment was secured and stacked according to the highest standards for shock and moisture resistance, effectively mitigating the risks associated with long-distance ocean transport. The Intertek engineer was also deeply impressed by our employees’ standardized and skilled operational procedures.
