
The afterglow of the 2026 Shanghai CCE had barely faded when Dailis Cleaning welcomed distinguished guests from afar. From April 12th to 13th, a group of professional cleaning equipment buyers from Algeria – a key market in North Africa – arrived in Chuzhou for an in-depth factory visit focused on “quality.” From airport pickup to departure, from sheet metal work to finished product, the clients witnessed firsthand the entire process of transforming the DLS-S1250 fully ride-on sweeper from a single sheet of steel into a complete machine.
Considering the Algerian clients’ multi-flight journey, the Dailis foreign trade team developed a meticulous reception plan in advance. On the afternoon of April 12th, the clients arrived at Hefei Xinqiao International Airport, where the company arranged a dedicated vehicle and multilingual reception staff to wait for them.
At the airport, the foreign trade sales representative, holding a welcome sign, presented the client with flowers and a customized gift bag containing the company brochure, sweeper information, and the user manual for the S1250 floor sweeper, which would be undergoing the factory inspection. En route to the hotel, the sales representative briefed the client on Anhui’s recent industrial upgrading and high-end equipment manufacturing development, and thoughtfully arranged catering in accordance with halal dietary requirements. The client remarked on the way, “From the initial communication at the CCE exhibition to now landing in Hefei, Dailis’ professionalism and meticulousness have given me great confidence for this factory inspection.”
On the morning of April 13th, the Algerian client, accompanied by the head of Dailis’ production department, foreign trade sales representative, and R&D engineer, officially entered the production plant. The core of this factory inspection was the DLS-S1250 ride-on sweeper, which the client had focused on at the CCE exhibition.
First stop: Sheet metal manufacturing workshop (chassis and dustbin production) – The factory inspection started from the source. In the sheet metal workshop, the client witnessed firsthand the manufacturing process of the S1250’s body structure. High-precision laser cutting, CNC bending, and professional manual welding – every process has strict quality control points.
A foreign trade sales representative explained, “The S1250 weighs 330kg (including battery) , which places extremely high demands on the strength of the machine’s structure. We use thickened high-strength carbon steel plates, and key stress-bearing parts are double-reinforced to ensure the machine’s stability during long-term, large-scale operation.”
The customer carefully inspected the flatness and consistency of the welded parts and used his own measuring tools to check several key dimensions; all results exceeded design standards. He stated, “Solid materials and precise welding are the foundation for a sweeper to withstand harsh working conditions.”
Second stop: Rotomolding workshop (rotomolded machine head and rotomolded back cover production) – Unlike floor scrubbers, the S1250 sweeper is equipped not only with a 20L clean water tank (for dust suppression) but also with an 80L large-capacity garbage bin made of carbon steel. In the rotomolding workshop, the customer observed the entire Teflon production process for the clean water tank’s outer layer. The seamless, uniform wall thickness, impact resistance, and corrosion resistance resulting from the Dailis rotational molding process left a deep impression on the customer. R&D personnel explained, “In North Africa, especially in areas near the Sahara Desert, the air contains extremely high levels of dust. Our large-capacity garbage bins are made of high-strength carbon steel, effectively resisting long-term wear and tear from sand and gravel."”
The customer personally inspected the garbage bin’s locking mechanism and dumping spout design, expressing high approval of the 80L super-large capacity: “In large-area scenarios such as warehouses and parking lots, where frequent garbage dumping is unnecessary, this is crucial for improving operational efficiency."”
Third stop: Final assembly line – In the final assembly workshop, covering an area of over 2000 square meters, the assembly process of the S1250 is clearly defined and easy to understand. From chassis installation, dual side brushes (460mm×2) assembly, main roller brush (490mm cylindrical roller brush) fixing, 48V power system connection, dust suppression system debugging… every process must be inspected by dedicated quality inspectors.
The customer paid particular attention to the S1250’s dual-side brush + cylindrical roller brush design. The R&D staff explained on-site: “Compared to flat brushes, the 490mm cylindrical roller brush is more effective at cleaning stubborn debris such as grit, cigarette butts, and paper scraps. Combined with an 800W drive motor و dual 90W side brush motors, it can cover a maximum area of 7,500 square meters per hour, making it ideal for cleaning large areas of outdoor hardened surfaces and warehouse interiors.”
Fourth stop: Finished Product Testing Center – The customer witnessed firsthand how a newly assembled S1250 passed through numerous quality control checks before receiving its certificate of conformity.

Cleaning efficiency test: Mixed waste such as gravel, cigarette butts, and leaves is quantitatively added to a standard test area to verify the first-pass yield.

Dust suppression system test: Simulating a dry and dusty environment, the filtration efficiency and sealing performance of the 360W suction motor are verified.

Overall machine stability test: Comprehensive testing of dynamic performance including climbing, steering, and braking.

Electrical safety test: Pressure resistance and insulation testing to ensure compliance with international electrical standards.
The production department manager randomly selected one S1250 machine for a 10-minute continuous cleaning demonstration. The customer observed the machine easily completing the entire process of sweeping, dust suppression, and waste collection on a gravel-covered surface, restoring the floor to cleanliness, and expressed immediate satisfaction.
During the factory visit, Dailis systematically demonstrated its international certification system to the customer. All of the company’s products (including the S1250 sweeper visited this time and the floor scrubber previously discussed) have passed EU CE certification و ISO 9001:2025 quality management system certification.
The foreign trade sales representative demonstrated the CE certificate and test report corresponding to S1250 to the client on-site, covering core modules such as mechanical safety, electromagnetic compatibility, and the Low Voltage Directive. The client stated, “The compliance requirements for imported electromechanical products in the Algerian market are increasing year by year, and CE certification is a strict hurdle for us when selecting suppliers. Dailis has done a very thorough job in this regard.”
After the factory inspection, both parties returned to the conference room for a debriefing.
